This policy explains what information Channel House Digital collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are
Channel House Digital is a digital strategy consultancy based in Manila, Philippines. For this website, we decide how your information is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy through the contact form.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name
- your email address
- your company or brand, if you add it
- your message
We also count visits to the site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see which pages people read. It records things like the page viewed, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and it doesn’t follow you across other websites.
We don’t use advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site, and the site doesn’t set any cookies of its own. Our fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to arrange a discovery call if you want one, and to keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Three services help run this website:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Your message passes through their service on its way to us.
- Zoho Mail hosts the inbox where your message arrives and is kept.
- Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Its Web Analytics service counts visits, as described above.
We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for [retention period], then delete them. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as our agreement requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- know what information we hold about you and how we use it
- get a copy of it
- correct it if it’s wrong
- object to how we use it, or ask us to delete it
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only Channel House has access to the inbox that receives your messages.
